On our last heavy-lift, the PTW forced P&ID page/line and isolation tag IDs from the live register, and the gas test entry auto-expired after 2 hours unless the tester re-signed with meter serial and last-cal date — kept the cowboys holstered. Two-stage sign-off was Area Authority then OIM for any lift >50 t, and the form wouldn’t generate until the SIMOPS coordinator cleared conflicts; just watch dropdown sprawl and scope the isolation list to the worksite.
